How can I create and access my account ?

It’s very simple : go to the page ‘customer area’ on the header of the store. Then you should follow all the steps. You will immediately receive an e-mail confirming your registration. And there you go, now you can start buying. To access your account later, you only have to enter your login details that you have chosen when you registered.


How can I recover my account ?

On the homepage of the web store, there is an option to recover your account. You have to select and then you will receive a link by e-mail to choose a new password.


How can I cancel my registration?


Immediately contact our customer service, through the means available on the contact page.


How can I change my registration details ?

You have to login to the store and enter your personal details. Then you need to go to the tab ‘my account’, where you can find your details.


How can I register for the newsletter ?

Go to the home page and put type your e-mail address in the space provided if you want to receive the new features, the promotions and the MEDIApack newsletter.

How can I place an order in the MEDIApack webstore?

1. You need to go to the header of the store: go to ‘customer’ on the header of the store. Then follow the steps. You will immediately receive an e-mail to confirm your registration.

And now you can start buying.

2. Browse our catalogue, look at all the possibilities and then choose your product.
You only have to choose the desired amount and add it to your shopping cart.

Whenever you choose to visit the store again your shopping cart will be awaiting you.

3. Purchase without effort: at the end of your purchase, you can easily go to your shopping cart in the header of the store and finish your order. How ? You only have to confirm the delivery of your details. Enjoy shopping!

What kind of payment methods can I use ?

There are multiple possibilities: Credit card, PayPal, wire transfer or dataphone.


How can I use a gift certificate or a promotional code?

When you confirm your command, you have the possibility to use coupons or reduction vouchers. Use them. Enjoy shopping !


TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY

When will I receive my order?

Orders will be delivered within 12 or 16 working days afer having completed the payment. Don’t worry, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order with the necessary data to complete the payment. MEDIApack reserves the right to extend this period if the delay is due to reasons unrelated to the store such as transport strikes, unfavourable meteorological conditions or unavailability. In any case the client will be informed as soon as possible about these possible delays in the delivery of the order.

Attention : These delivery periods are for the orders considering non-customized packaging. In the case of an order for customised packaging, the delivery period needs to be established by both parties.


What are the shipping costs related to my order?

Shipments and deliveries of orders are done on working days after having made the payment in the specific place for the delivery of the order.

For purchases below 199€ the shipping costs are € 34.99.

For purchases between 200€ and 499 € the shipping costs are 29.99€.

For purchases between 500€ and 999€ the shipping costs are 24.99€.

For purchases higher than 1000€ the shipping costs are free.

For purchases below 199€ the shipping costs are 39.99€.

For purchases between 200€ and 499€ the shipping costs are 34.99€.

Can I receive orders abroad?

Yes, you can. There will only be a small surplus naval transport, depending on the country to which the order will be sent.


What do I have to do if I am not available to receive the order?

If you cannot receive the order by the normal means, you will be contacted by the company responsible for the delivery to set a place and time for the delivery.
