The prices are listed in euro and may vary from country to country depending on the transportation costs.
Despite the care with which the prices are set, it is possible that there are some price errors in the store.
In case of any errors regarding the price, the MEDIApack store will not apply this price and reserves the right to cancel your order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
RETURNING
MEDIApack recognizes to all its customers the right to terminate the contracts they enter into, allowing them to return the purchased products within 14 (fourteen) days.
For exchanges or returns, the customer is requested to contact MEDIApack through the contacts indicated on the contact page, or indicated the order number, taking into account the following topics:
a) To return the order, the product must be in perfect condition.
b) The return of defective products and wrong shipments will be accepted, MEDIApack is responsible for shipping and collection costs whenever the customer communicates this circumstance within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product.
c) Once the goods are received at our facilities and after validating their status accordingly, the value will be returned according to the payment method made by the customer, or another solution previously agreed with the same.
MEDIApack assumes responsibility for defects of origin or raw material of the purchased product and if confirmed by MEDIApack, the product will be exchanged or returned at no cost to the customer.
MEDIApack will not accept the return of the product after use, or if it has suffered any changes or modifications.
MEDIApack is not responsible for deficiencies resulting from incorrect use, negligence, poor storage conditions or causes of force majeure.
DELIVERY
Orders will be delivered within 12 or 16 working days afer having completed the payment.
The customer will receive an e-mail confirming the order with the necessary information to complete the payment.
MEDIApack reserves the right to extend this period if the delay is due to reasons unrelated to the store such as transport strikes, unfavourable meteorological conditions or out of stock
In any case the client will be informed as soon as possible about these possible delays in the delivery of the order.
These delivery periods are for the orders considering non-customized packaging.
In the case of an order for customised packaging, the delivery period needs to be established by both parties.
